[MOD-REL] Faster speeds
A little mod to have quicker games if u like them.

Greetings
First of all let me say i like the option presented in Sins with the various speeds settings.
However even on fast setting a games tend to take at least 1 hour so i created a mod that should increase the overall speed (ship speed, movement, research, resource gathering, planetary incom, structure and ships building).
What it does is really simple :
in this mod slow speed = normal speed of vanilla
medium speed in the mod = fast speed on vanilla
fast speed in the mod = very very fast
The little mod has been tested on single and in multi and it appears to work, is a real little thing and you can tweak it as u like for your taste.
