Is WindowBlinds all I need?

I am enquiring about WindowBlinds; I would like to know that it’s enough to provide for my needs before I purchase it.
All I wish to do is to customise the theme/skin of my desktop ...nothing more, nothing less. An example of what I mean would be this: Screenshot of a skin I like.

Also, will the skins I see on this website be free to download?

If you don't want the icons or the temp gauges, yes, thats all you'll need.

For what you see in the screenshot I believe windowblinds is all you need. Most skins on this website are free, including the skin used on your screenshot. You will have to buy some skins (they're really cheap so it won't matter ;)).

WB will skin the window frames and taskbar and start menu like you want.  You can try it out here if you have not already.

According to the Subscription Information page, as a current customer you have unlimited downloads.
