Crash with mod

This mod file always crashes for me. It's not mine, and it works for other people, but this version of it just always causes me to crash near the start of a game. I tried it on all map sizes and with varying graphics settings.

I can't find the minidump files anywhere; i checked all the directories that I could think of and ran a global search for *.dmps. Might be a similar problem to the Vista screenshot issue.
