Bug - Destroyed mining bases still show delivery lines to planet

I am playing a huge game currently and am down to the Koranth Clan and my Terran Alliance. In an effort to slow down ship production on certain planets, I decided to destroy the Koranth Clan mining bases supporting those planets. After I destroyed them, they still show the lines signify resources flowing to the planet? Is there something I don't know about here? Also, I tried to negotiate a peace treaty, and since I was winning I was going to make them pay. I then noticed they have the same amount of cash balance every turn I tried negotiating with them. How can this be since I have destroyed all their mining bases, economic starbases, Most of their ships, and invaded several of their planets? How can they still have the same cash balance they started with?
