classic theme comes up on startup

I recently purchased Object Desktop. I am running Vista Home Premium. My issue is with windows blind, I am able to change skins and change, however everytime i restart it reverts to the windows classic skin. Also I havent found a skin I like to keep as of now so when I select the windows aero I am unable to change the color intensity or transparency. In fact my whole control panel has disapeared. When right clicking in the desktop to go to the personalization options it says " this page has failed to load" and is blank. My entire control panel is blank. I do not the the cause but it was fine before installing the majority of the components on Object Desktop and messing around a bit.

Please to help us to help you can you provide your systems informations they look like this:

WindowBlinds is installed correctly on this PC

WindowBlinds appears to be activated on this PC

Your machine does not support per pixel borders on WindowBlinds skins.

This is because :

Your computer graphics hardware does not support acceleration of per pixel alpha. WindowBlinds requires this for per pixel alphablended borders as without it performance would be poor. Please see if you can obtain new drivers for your graphics hardware. Recent ATI & NVIDIA boards should support this feature. Onboard graphics tend not to.
