Im making a big universe for 4 people, and Im trying to get rid of neutral ships. You know what im talking about, the ones where you enter an unexplored planets system, and theres around 4-5 Neutral ships that come and attack you. Well, ive been trying to get rid of them. The problem is, I cant. It wont let me remove them.

Why cant I get rid of the Neutral ships?

Ya, they're called local militias, but i don't know how to get rid of them either.

Just one question... WHY? They are the best source to level up your Flagship. Not only that, but it stop that thing called colony rush. The local malitia is almost one of the best ideas ever to stop that simple irritating fact.

If you wanted to do a 1 on 1 with a friend and you just wanted to expand easily. There are a number of possibilities.

they should add a slider that the host controls before the game starts, allowing him/her how big the local militia's are
