Name a fleet

I know we change the name of a capital ship or planet, is there a way to name a fleet?

Not yet, unfortunately. I would love it, though, if only because I'm a name freak.

If I can choose, It would more important to name a fleet then name each single ship and much easier if in a big mod with more capital ships.

This would be a nice, quick addition; on larger maps I would like to be able to assign regional labels to fleets to help remember who's where.

Select the cap or world and hit "y". There's also a little doodad bar beneath the item pic in the lower HUD center. Either way brings up a dialog box. Fill in the new name and hit "Enter". If you've paused the game, the name change won't take effect until unpaused.
