Purchase of Sins of a Solar Empire

I recently purchased Sins of a Solar Empire. I started by going to the games official website where I chose the option to buy the game in "download + retail box" version. When I use my Stardock.come Store account it says I purchased the game... however I have not receive the serial number or any emails at all from Stardock.

Is this delay normal? Have any of you had this problem?

If you know what is happening please respond. Thanks

Edit: Yes I did ask them to send me my serials numbers and account information. The email gives me a link to Startdock download managers (which is already installed) and my password.. no serial numbers at all (despite the fact that the game awknowledges that I purchased it).

Hey think my friend had the same issue and I figured out how to get it to work (you will need the serial eventually though I think).

Go to TotalGaming.Net and in the top of the window, you should see where you can login to a TG.Net account. Instead click on "Create Account". Create a TG.Net account here using the SAME e-mail address and information as your StarDock Store account (they are 2 totally different accounts turns out!). Then once you do that and verify the TG.Net accoutn via the verification e-mail they sent you, you can login using the TG.Net account to StarDock Central. Your Sins games should show up as purchased at that point. If not you go up to Tools: Settings: Games tab, then choose Sins of a Solar Empire from the list and enter the serial key for it and hit OK.

You should have received an e-mail from the StarDock store though with your purchase details and the serial key as well.

If not, go to https://www.sinsofasolarempire.com/ and login using your StarDock.Net account. Then click on the "My Account" link and it should show the serial key for your game! After those copious amount of steps you should be able to download it and play!

StarDock support isn't around but M-F 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. EST so hopefully this might help you get yours working so you can play!
