how do you capture asteroid mining

I see asterroid mining facilities in the belt that say on the infocard they are invunable and avaialbe for capture. So how do you take them? There is no central planet to capture?

Colony frigates and Advent/Varasi scouts will do the trick.

Send a colony ship to the asteroid and it will capture the mining station. They are invulnerable from attack and will simply be transfered to your control. Anyone can easily take them from you as well, so guard them.
