WTFproblem with downloading from site!

i just tried to download the game from the site, it said it wasnt completed sucessfully but yet it took my money.

Sounds like there was just an issue with the transaction on the store (downloading doesn't come until much later). In any case, please contact sales@stardock.com and they'll sort it out for you.
