They're all gonna be great Harley - I'm torn between Smoothy 'cos I like the sound of the flavours, and 3D Metal because I really want to see where you take that.

If you are still looking for a tester, I'll be a guinea pig for you.  

I can test it on Windows XP 64. Also, thanks to Zubaz, I can test it on a trial edition of WB.

Smoothie is my vote.

I like the look of metal, but I think it's gonna give you a lot of problems before you are satisfied.

Just on first look 3D Metal looks great only thing noticed is how bright the center is using FF slightly duller would be nice could be just me wear variable glasses so expect that not helping.

Again with quick look Azul Hi-Def found start button thats rec. one on task bar vanished on mouse over and on start menu not as good as 3D Metal with buttons on mouse over getting white line on edges instead of neat buttons as on 3D Metal but you may not have finished that area yet. Like the shape of top of windows looks neat when rolled up even if means buttons are on left can put up with that just for style.

From the shots, I like the look of Smoothy the best ... downloading now to test 'em out ...

Silex was not listed here, but that is the one I like the most
Task bar buttons are bit narrow for me on Silex.
More Programs menu had a problem in the trial WB. Here is the image.


3D Metal task bar button animation for non active windows is a bit off.
I noticed same problem rickalot says about Azul.

I really like Smoothy! A couple things, though.

The user icon area at the top of the start menu needs to be finished, and the buttons on the start menu are hard to read. I think the text needs to be darkened. Here's a pic of the start menu....

Keep in mind, Josh that these were unfinished WBs, so certain element aren't skinned yet.

Silex was a bit orange for me..... maybe some lighter shades of orange on the toolbar background to give it some contrast?
