How do fix it?

I am at a loss here. I registered the game after I bought it, installed it, played it, and it wont let me update because I cant activate it with the same serial # I registered it with! This is the error message I got:


There was an error activating the selected product. Error 0

The selected product has failed to acivate.

Email: %email
Password: %password
AppId: %appid
Path: %path


Please help! I can play the game, but cannot activate it. I am absolutely sure the serial # is correct.
