My First Impressions

First and foremost let me thank Stardock and Ironclad for their amazing job on Sins of a Solar Empire. This game is creating a whole new genre of space exploration for the gaming comunity. This game is just simply AMAZING! You guys put in so much work and detail into every part of the game. I also enjoy the theme or atomsphere the game brings to mind when I play(I play most TEC)it has a very Wing Commander feel for me.(Hint Hint to anyone wanting to make a mod) Other than that this game is a holy grail in some sense but also is a great addition to the sci-fi genre of gaming. Thanks guys!

It is actually nice to read a post where the poster recognizes this title is a hybrid title for once. But I digress...

Anyway, with regards to your comment about mods we have a rather lofty project oriented community forming now so if you are interested please jump into the fray.

When i first saw this game the thing that caught my eye was the scale and the ability to raze your rivals planets. I have been following the progress of this game for like 6 months.
