mouse cursor not showing

my mouse cursor will show for several minutes and then it stops moving and I can still move an invisible cursor around but I cant see it can anyone help me

same thing happens to me. there are a few other posts on it and none have gotten a response. would be nice to know how to avoid it.

Ok, the problem is caused by an outdated graphics card driver. If you have a laptop, like me, and your graphics card isn't supported anymore (NVIDIA GeForce Go 6200). You MUST hack the install for the newest drivers. Guru3D.com has ways to hack the install so it recognizes your graphics card and installs the newest drivers.
