OD+ 1.90 crashes every time

Hi there
I purchased OD+ a few months ago and it (v 1.90) worked fine. I had to put it aside until I had time to explore it - and when I tried running it today, it crashed with a message about collecting diagnostic information.
Each time I tried to run it, the taskbar disappears briefly while OD tries to do its thing, and usually it comes back (but not always - on one occasion my machine got so screwed up that I had to do a hard restart with the power button).
I tried uninstalling it, but nothing happened - a task called dllhost.exe appears for a few seconds in Task Manager, but that's it - nothing else. I downloaded and reinstalled the latest version to be on the safe side, but it's also 1.90 and even reinstalling, rebooting then trying to uninstall makes no difference.
I now have a collection of zip files containing diagnostic data from a number of these crashes but despite searching their contents, the OD+ Readme and the Stardock & OD websites, I still have no idea where to send these files.
If anyone from Stardock sees this, I'd be very grateful for suggestions on:
1. getting OD+ to work
2. where to send this diagnostic stuff
3. how to uninstall it
I look forward to hearing from someone.
