trouble installing digital download (file not found error) SOLVED

Hi i am getting this error while extracting the archive i downloaded via a another computer and copied across. i have tried refreshing the xml files but still a no go. in the mean time looks like i will download sins on my current machine just wanted to save time looks like it will cost me more time.

Error message after extraction completes:

Extract: E:\sin.sdc 1
Load: C:\DOCUME~1\MYUSERNAME\LOCALS~1\Temp\sdcentral\.xml 0 (file not found)
Result: Installation failed (13)

well i solved my own error i went to download the game but it already picked up the file was downloaded and extracting it via downloading option not restore achive and it worked. bizarre problem if you ask me but im extracting files so hope all goes well
