anyone know the complaints proceedure, because am fed up with the speed of the support team, a snail is lot faster than these guys.

Daygo . . since you have been here using Stardock products you've had trouble with your PC.  I still think it's yoru PCs trouble.

Email sales@stardock.com to start the process of a refund.

Really daygo, that bad. Well my suggestion would be to email support@stardock.com. Now that just maybe what you are saying is upsetting you, they haven't or don't seem to respond quick enough. You can always PM the tech rep or go into IRC and PM one of the Stardock reps like Milksama. PM is much better than the forums and should get you a quicker response. Keep in mind that what ever your situation support works the problems as they get them. Some are very easy to solve, others, well not so easy.
