Okay, I'll take it you are saying that you found the skins, and they are free, but how do you use them. Most common question asked. You need the coresponding program to be able to use the skins. For instance, to use a WindowBlind skin you need the program WindowBlinds installed on your computer.

Which you have to pay for btw. Most of these programs come as a part of Object Desktop.

You can't get most of them for free. They come as OD which is $65 I think... (Correct me if I am wrong)
