Dark Avatar Manual download

Hi All,

just recently bought The Dark Avatar expension along with the TA expension as download only from Stardocks.

I understand TA is still in beta phase but was wondering where I could download the Dark Avatar user manual that you would normally get if I would have bought it retail.
