Skinstudio 6.0 or WB 6.0 Issue?

Is it just me or has anyone noticed that when you apply a skin (on vista) that you have just updated for vista using SK6, the skin seems to apply a slightly different shade to the elements you just created?

Lets say I have a light blue theme created in SK5. I open it in SK6 to add the vista bits. After its all done, the new bits i've added are slightly a darker light blue in shade to the originals. I have also noticed that skins are applying a slightly different shade to what they should be. Ive compared an applied skin to a screenshot of the same skin I done a while ago and there just slightly off in colour. I have nothing set to change skin colours. Is this a ss6 bug wb6.0 bug? I've not had any major issues with wb6.0 other than this.

Not on Vista here, so not sure, but there was a bug in an earlier version of WB where a degree of gamma was getting applied wrongly to some GUI elements (since fixed, however, so I'd be surprised if it crept back in).

What versions of everything (SKS and WB) are you using?

SK6 (with clock set back to last year when using it, so I can use it) WB6.2 and SK5.1 when needed.
