How much RAM?

I've a doubt, after I aply a skin does it requires any RAM to use that skin (after windowblinds it's closed is there any process that uses RAM)?

No. In fact the engine for the program is supposed to use LESS ram than the native MS Windows engine.

Windowblinds > Windows :) Unless the background windowblinds program takes up any RAM, the skin doesnt take up anything. In fact, I cant even find windowblinds in task manager...

If you have a half decent graphics card that's not one of those useless intergrated types then wb won't even show in task manager,if your running xp you should have a minimum of 1 gb anyway

the only time WB shows up in task manager is when it is in the process of applying a blind (outside of the WB config.exe, that is).
