The replay thread

I thought it would be nice to have a thread where ppl post their replays.

Some details like map, players and what happened in the game would be also good to know.

Well, ill start with a replay of the most epic game i had so far.
It was a 2v2 (me [Leinad/TEC] and Rokkit/TEC vs emperor/TEC and Astax/Vasari) on a random medium map.
Despite being a random map it had an interesting layout. Both teams started together on one site of the map and the only connection between both sides was the sun, so a pretty neat chokepoint right there and prolly the reason why it became such an interesing game.
The game features some really cool and epic battles with lotsa ships and explosions (all 4 players used their maximum fleet cap).

Wow!

That was an epic game indeed, lots of capitals, big battles, and exciting upto the end.

I thought emperor redlab and astax were going to win at first, but when there fleet got decimated at your asteroid they were on the run from then on.

Also cool random map with the star in the middle, its just not very cool that it takes so long to travel around the sun, good place to fight with your carriers.

was a really fun game to be a part of, like erjee said, was hard to see who was gonna win it.
i think in the end it came down to me and leinad losing our lights and javelis' in our attack, so we had freed up our fleet capacity. i then used it all on cap ships (upgrading to level 3 on the move), carriers (80% bombers, 20% fighters) and heavy cruisers (so hard to kill with max health research, each one is practically a cap ship).

very fun game tho, and i didnt like the map at first, thought it would be too long and boring, but our superior military teching helped us take the victory

This is a great replay, fun to watch and it must have been fun to play. An example of what sins has to offer players that want to go beyond "easy to learn".

The decision to regroup on their own territory was what won leinad and rokkit this game I think.

Another fun game on a random medium map. It was Rokkit (TEC) and Dereknor (TEC) vs Leinad (Vasari) and Klebeband (TEC).

Long game with a lot of nice fights and really huge battle as well as some late teching and interesting strategies so defiantly worth watching.

erm well from the sun yes but only way to each side went through the sun, so thats what i mean with only "one" connection. Lets just call it one huge bottlneck dividing both teams. ;)

no, I mean there was more than one way to get to each side. there were these nice asteroid rings on both sides of the sun :P

Yeah that was a good game. I learned my lesson about Vasari. Skirmisher/sentinel would have been better combo, and the carriers just stunk it up. Plus I didn't get darkfleet!

Still it was a good game. The bottle neck made the huge battle inevitable.
