How do I add posts to my Watch List?

How do I add a post to my Watch List? I just made a post. It's not on my watch list. I don't see a link to click on that says, "Watch this thread".

This will only send notifications to the email in your account. Some had asked about being able to change that but it isn't possible at this time.
