Just tried doing a REPAIR, and nothing, still comes up with "Error activation the product" and when i hit CANCEL it will take me into WindowBlinds. It's not functional though, i would try to "Change how my windows looks" and it will load windows classic, lol!

Mack12345 are you saying that over the course of time you have installed, unistalled and reinstalled several or alot times? If it's been a lot, you will need Stardocks help in resetting you activations. They put a limit on activations so people aren't loading the software all over the place. It's takes no time at all to reset.  ;)

They have already done that like a month ago. Besides the error is not even related to limitation. I remember it would state you have exceeded your activation limitation. Now the error code above doesn't make any sense. What do you think that is, there server is down?

I've had no problems tonight with activations. Click tools on SDC, edit Stardock.net account and make sure your email addy is right. Also in the lower right corner click on Registartion info in SDC and make sure the email addy and registration serial number is right there. If you can't find the any problem in either of those 2 places contact sales@stardock.com

I just checked it out and everything seems fine. Not sure why this is happening. This is on a new Windows XP2 install and boom! What to do what to do.... :(

Try this next and be patient. You'll probably have a response by tomorrow if you get your email out tonight.

I thought I'd but my two cents in. I had the same problem tonight. For the life of me I could not get wb's to activate. I have not ever had such a problem before. I sent off an email after tons of uninstall reboot install etc... Stardock will take care of it; they are really great and supporting pun intended.

We were having trouble with our activation system last night, but it's all good now.
