Can ObjectDock free version bog down Internet Explorer 7 ?

I installed the free version of ObjectDoc a couple of days ago and now my browser Internet Explorer seems like it's dragging.

Could ObjectDock be causing this?

I've never heard of that and once IE is launched, OD should not be affecting it directly.
