mp3 player/hard drive icon help

objectdock 1.90 pro, have an external usb hard drive and an mp3 player,(seagate freeagent 320gb/creative zen micro photo) i have both icons on the dock, is there a way to make the icons go away when i unpluge one of the devices? and off corse appear again when i plug it back in
