Starports not Available

Starport Not Available on Colonized Worlds

I have GCII Dark Avater running on Windows Vista. When I colonize a new planet, I'm not getting an option to build a Starport. Any ideas why this is happening? I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail. However if I install in a brand new fresh copy on another system running Windows XP, I have no problem with the Starport appearing in the Planetary Improvements list.

Make sure you don't have the 'old' tab selected on the improvements list.

I've had no problems with Vista. Been running this on it since a month after Vista's release. Do make sure of your settings (as Kryo noted the 'old' tab), some choices will work better than others under Vista.
