stop object dock from streatching out?

i would like to know if there is a way to stop my dock from "streatching out" on the zoom setting?

also i would like to stop the rocking effect but still keep the zoom feature any tips?

As far as I can tell it's one or the other . . you are seeing a rock AND a zoom and you want to turn off the rock?
