Desktop Wallpaper

Wallpaper's not applied to visual style

I've recently installed WindowBlinds 6 as a new customer and I'm having trouble getting the Visual Styles wallpaper's to display.

When I change the visual style everything updates except the wallpaper.

Under the wallpaper option I have it selected to use the wallpaper supplied by the skin. I also checked in the settings to be sure the option was checked to use the skin's wallpaper.

Some of the wallpaper's for the visual style's I've downloaded show up under the wallpaper tab but a lot of the ones I've downloaded don't even show up there.

Any ideas?

PS as a test I installed the program on my laptop and it is having the same problem So I don't think it is specific to this machine.

Not every WindowBlind come with a wall, and some of the ones that have walls with them, for some reason, don't always automaticaly load. What I have been doing is not marking the block to apply the wall that comes with the skin. I than select the wall that I want and apply. That wall will be used until I change it.

If you visited the Wallpaper Library in the Gallery you see that you choices are many. Just because a wall comes with a WB doesn't mean you have to use it. Customizing the desktop includes what looks nice to you, well in fact that is what it is all about. Have fun.  ;)

Not a stupid question wints and never worry about asking anything. Everyone here is only too happy to help.

I put my walls in the wallpaper folder in the Windowblinds folder. Go to My Computer - Shared Documents - Stardock - Windowblinds - Wallpapers. Pop them in there and then you can just apply whatever wallpaper you chose from within Windowblinds. Just hit the Wallpaper tab and chose the one you want and hit apply.  :)

you can also save your wallpapers to whatever folder outside of windowblinds you like, then go into WB and add the folder manually.
