Corrupted windowblinds config screen [Note, legitmate copy]

Hi, I have just had to rebuild my Vista PC, and I did a fresh install of WB from SD Central, my window blinds config screen is corrupted and black, I managed to get the output from the sys info screen, see below:

WindowBlinds is installed correctly on this PC
