Have you updated SDC?  What version?
Try running SDC as admin (if on Vista)

What error or whatever are you getting?

That is it in a nut shell. MyColors and WindowBlinds were fighting for a time there. If you have trouble with either having them both installed be sure to also update MyColors Theme Manager as well.
