Why Cant I Update?

from Stardock Forums
I see people talking about WB 6.02 and I have WB 6.01 and when I check StardockCentral it doesnt show any new version. How do I update?

WindowBlinds version : WindowBlinds 6.01 (build 57 x86 - Vista Edition)

WindowBlinds is installed correctly on this PC
WindowBlinds appears to be activated on this PC

jrolson I'm running XP so mine may be different. Open up WindowBlinds configuration and look at system info, what does it show there?

Mine shows 6.01c(b).106 12/22/07 in SDC under Object Destkop and 6.02 (build 42 x86) in WBs Configuration. It was explained why the difference between the two in another post. ;)

Make sure that the box at the bottom to show pre-release versions is marked. 

EDIT: Oops you edited to show your system info. Things maybe different because you are running Vista.

Actually hold that thought and update through Stardock Central as WindowBlinds is about to get another update as of today I belive.
ObjectDock - Access shortcuts and frequently used applications from an animated dock.

I dont see WindowBlinds 6.02 Build 74 listed in stardock either.
Odd.

Anyways there is a link on betanews.com for the app.
Not sure why stardock gets it last.

I couldn't find mine either, so here's what I did:

click on Tools/Settings/Internet, then click Refresh XML Data.

It showed up then, along with the new(er) beta for CFX.....

The update is not fully published yet. So long as cursory tests check that it installs fine then the update will go out ASAP.

Oops I spoke too soon killajosh found it. :)
