windowblinds skin probs

from Stardock Forums
everytime i start windows, the startbutton is defective, sometimes the border of the windows, too. please help!(in every skin)

(sorry for my english, i´m german)

Open the WindowBlinds Configuration screen and click on System info. Copy/paste that info here.

None of those times match mine, but I have the latest updates and dl'd through SDC.

It is the standalone version. Please download and install the latest version of Windowblinds using Stardock Central. Login with the email and password used when you purchased Windowblinds, After updating and rebooting, post your System info again.

Hopefully this will resolve your issue.

There seems to be an update for windowblinds, but when I go to update it gives me an activation problem, probably needs to be reset or whatever. Here is my system info...

butch123 - If you have reached your activation limit you may get it reset faster if you email support@stardock.com.

Hankers, he wouldn't need to activate the update would he? His system info says that WB appears to be activated...

Butch do you get an "error 29" something about "activate.exe". If so turn off your UAC reboot then run SDC. Let WB update, turn on the UAC and reboot.

ControlPanel>Users Accounts: Turn User Account Control On or Off
