Locking Tabbed Docks

Like the standard untabbed dock, I want to lock a tabbed dock to the central edge of my desktop but I can't find any option in the settings to do so. Having had plus for 20 hours, its already getting on my t!ts moving about while I'm painting with my pen.

Put simply, how can I stop a tabbed dock from moving if the cursor accidentally grabs it while im being overly enthusiastic.

I only use one monitor, vista ultimate.

(apologies if this has already been covered, but I checked out the first 15 pages of the forums and got a headache :P)

Yay, I can answer one!

Right click on your tabbed dock, the dock itself, not a contained object/icon, in other words on a tab or the very edge of the dock.
Mouseover the "View" menu item (1st item), a submenu comes up, click on the last item "Lock Dock Position" to select it.

No more inadvertant scooting.

and...you're welcome kindly.

Do you have your dock set to be always on top of the other windows?

One at the top yes, sits just nicely on the black bar at the top of windows, comes in handy, saves me mucking about to find it. All sorted now, thankyou :)
