Flyout menus in 1.9 - am I doing this wrong?

I've been fiddling with OD over the last few weeks, and I started creating a custom flyout menu last night, but it doesn't seem to work. What I mean is that I will right-click on the dock and select "Add->New Flyout Menu", the dialog box pops open and I select a custom menu instead of a preprogrammed menu like "My Documents", I name the menu, add shortcut items to it, and close the dialog box. When I roll over the menu on the dock, it magnifies and the name appears below the icon, but it never opens. When I left-click on it, it won't open either. Is there something I'm doing wrong here?

From your description, it appears you're setting it up correctly. Flyouts don't open on mouse over, but it should open with a left click.
Hard to say why it's not working for you. If you set it up as one of the default flyout, such as My Computer, does it work?

Koasati,

I just downloaded and installed the .020 beta of 1.9 plus here on my work computer, and the menu works "as advertised", both the default (My Computer) and a custom with 2 items.

Unfortunately, that doesn't really help me because the problem is with my home computer. I don't remember whether I tested a default flyout last night, but I'll try this when I get home this evening and let you know. Actually, I'll probably just update to this beta and then try again (I don't usually install beta versions of the apps unless I'm having a specific problem with the current release version).

Thanks for the response and I'll update you on the status after I try this.

Hm. Okay, I updated to the new beta and everything works. :)
