Error when purchasing 10-token pack

I have tried to purchase the 10 token pack twice now and both times I received the same error:

Order Status: Denied
Your order has not been fulfilled.
We're sorry. Stardock is not able to accept your order. Please contact sales@stardock.com for assistance.

I have sent several emails to sales with no reply. Is everyone on vacation or something?

Stardock's offices are closed until January 2nd, so you should hear from someone after the new year.
