Looking for Shutdown docklet

I'm looking for a docklet that shows "Standby, switch user, logoff, restart and shutdown" options. Any idea where can I find one? Tried wincustomize.com. No luck.

Could be good addition to the standard list of docklets.

Tried wincustomize.com. No luck.

Try this one, add it to dock for each command you want, then right click and set them. WWW Link

missed that one on perusal... 1st glance at name made it appear to be for sysstats
More option than Andreas' shutdown docklet

Thanks for the quick response!. I didn't know I could add "Start menu" docklet. In beta, it works fine. For now, I'm going to stick with it.
