WB6 Crashes Internet

Hey all - I've been using WB6 for about 24 hours, and while I love the program, I've noticed it has a tendency to crash my Internet connection. This happens once the computer has been on a few hours, and I can't figure out why. I use both Firefox and IE7, but the problems seems to be with my cable modem - WB6 appears to be accessing the Internet, and my signal gets jammed - resulting in the usual "the page cannot be diplayed" error message.

Do you have any idea what might be going on? Do I need to uninstall/reinstall the program? I never had any Internet problems until I started using WB6, and I'd like to find a workaround so that I can continue using the software. Thanks for your help.

Open the WindowBlinds Configuration dialog, click on the System Info tab, then click on the "Copy text" button at the upper right - that will copy the system information to the clipboard. Come back here, start a new reply & paste the contents of the clipboard to it.

It would be very odd for WB to be interfering with your connection. Do you use a software firewall?

WindowBlinds does not access the internet when it is running apart from the initial activation on enhanced versions.

If you are having page cannot be displayed messages then it sounds like your cable connection may be having its own issues.
