After downloading this I get this message:

End-of-central-directory signature not found. Either this file is not a Zip file, or it constitutes one disk of a multi-part Zip file.

Can anybody help?

First thing I would try is redownloading it. Could be a corrupted or missing file. After that try us at support@stardock.com for more details.
