Techically speaking, this empire is free - no ethical alignment, nothing.
Just become part of it.
It is an alternative to being part of those big, ugly empires,
for now it is only a fledgeling,
not even a single uploaded game...
Now the empire is at the bottom of the stack, brand new,
but what about in the future????
It could be bigger and grander...
But at the moment,
it is a rebellion against all other empires of any size!
