Is it possible to make a folder work like the weather docklet ?

Like when you pass your mouse it shows the sub-folders

So ? is it possible to make the folders work like this ?

like the weather docklets ?

something like if you pass your mouse over it it show the sub-folders ?

You can create fly-outs with the Plus version.  They can either be folders or they can be custom shortcuts.  They all work on LeftButtonDown, not MouseOver though.

Do a search for stacks docklet. It emulates the Apple Leopard Stacks function. I love it.

I prefer the wheel much better to the stacks (owning a mac and several PC myself). I find that going down the treee of the folders to be easier with the cresents.

Stingray, not sure if this is what you need. But, right-click on the folder in the dock, click on dock entry properties, and check the "show folder in a menu".

Then, when you click on that folder icon in the dock, you get all the sub-folders and files listed.

What I really wish for is that the folders in the dock behave like Explorer:

1. if I right-click a drop-down subfolder or file, I call up the explorer context-sensitive menu.

2. I can drag a file up to the folder icon in the dock, the folder will pop open, and I drop the file there.

Any thoughts? Are these actions possible?
