Coupon Problem

Hello,

I am trying to use my coupon, but it does not reduce the cart price. Strangely enough, it accepts the coupon, then says, "Sorry, The HOLIDAY-2007 coupon could not be applied because you have already applied it to your cart." Well, if I have already applied it, why doesn't it reduce the price?

Any suggestions?

Perhaps it was applied to *another* cart.  Where did you get this coupon and when did it expire?
Are you using paypal?  i don't think the coupons work with it.

It expires 1/1/8 and was emailed to me by Stardock. It is more of a generic coupon (vs a one time use only coupon) based upon its code. I am using a credit card, and tested it going as far as the confirm order page without actually clicking on confirm, and it did not deduct the coupon amount.

YOu have two options then . . Wait until monday adn fro sales to get in before you purchase so you can email them and ask or buy it now and ask for a refund later if applicable.

Either way sales@stardock.com.
Or . . IRC on Monday morninf.  Sales is usually around.
