DWM starts after desktop appears
Happening since betas of 5.5 - somewhat annoying

Since the early WB 5.5 betas, the DWM has started compositing after the desktop appears when WB is enabled. This will produce a flicker a few seconds later while stuff is loading, and it also makes the desktop not fade in.
