Freeze problem

Hi,
I write here because i have a bug with windowblinds.
It made with the v5 and v6
Sometimes i'm on a window, and it freeze like the pictures:

And when it freeze i can select files back to the window which is on the desktop
The solution to access again on the window is click to desktop and click on the window name on the task bar.
Does someone knows why it make it?

Not come across that one. Could be a conflict with another program, could be a grahics card issue or could be something going a bit amiss with your OS. Anyone else have any constructive ideas? :NOTSURE:

i would suggest registry mechanic to clean up and fix any registry errors, a defrag, and a clean up of the drive to get rid of clutter.

Sometimes simple things like that can work wonders.......

The the registry clean and the driver update for the card. Should that not work also be safe and try out a uninstall/reinstall making sure to restart after each to clear the cache.

registry is clean, I have formated my computer in the begining of the week (cause i've change my hd). Drivers are up to date, same error before formated... (:(

Fire up a ticket with us then. Link to this thread and attach a dxdiag file if you can.

Press and hold the Windows key, press R and type the following into the Run dialog:
dxdiag

Once everything loads, please click the "Save all information" button and attach the output file to us in the support email. That will save some time for you.
