Open saved dock themes from a loaded dock

I understand that paying for OD+ will let you have multiple docks, however, the website wont accept my card, so I was wondering if there is anyway you can link an object to open a another saved dock theme?

Are you saying create an Docklet that runs the Load Theme command from Object Dock. Basicly have a Dock load itself?
