Updating

I have Dreamscape, Logon Studio Vista, TweakVista, etc. I cannot update these because I "don't have Vista installed". Does anybody know why it is telling me this and how I can fix it? Thanks.

SDC does that.  It would be nice if it checked your OS and only showed the apps that worked with your OS.  Oh well.
You should be able to open SDC and when it tells you there is an update you should be able to check a box not to be reminded again.

I want to be reminded. I have Vista and the apps. I just can't update them.

OK.  Version is good.
What happens when you try to update?
Go to C:\Program Files\Stardock\SDCentral\Installed\tv.log and see if there is an error that you can post.

No tv.log. The message reads: DeskScapes requires Windows Vista Ultimate to be installed. Reported OS Version: Windows XP.

Is SDC running in compatibility mode? Right click on the shortcut that you use for launching SDC and check for the compatibility check box. If checked, uncheck it. Just another suggestion.
