Paid-for-Premium Skin not valid

I get an error when trying to unzip Harmony.zip (vStyler)

from WinCustomize Forums

I hope someone can help. I bought the Harmony.zip Premium Skin but get the error that the zip does not contain any UIS file (trying to add VS from WB6 interface).

Trying to extract the file gives the error "cannot extract zip, File is invalid".

Thinking the download was corrupted, I paid a second time, unfortunately with the same results. I am a registered OD customer with sub to 2009. This is the first time I've had probs with paid-for-downloads (also bought Aquarium 2007 and Fish Pack 3), which worked fine.

How am I going to get Harmony, which I really like and want (even paid twice, remember)?

normal browser download?
SDC download?

usually the no uis is a sign a wb got corrupted - sometimes due to download managers

It has been resolved by Mike Marquis of Stardock technical. He gave me an alternative download and it worked. However, the file sppears to be half the the originl size....wonder if I'm missing some stuff??

could be the File they upped was fuzzled .. it wouldnt prolly report the proper size anyways....I imagine the one SD gave you Would be the correct file..

S.D. is very good about keeping their customers Happy and treating them Fairly..

The Vista stuff is definitely not there. According to VStyler, there are sidebar skins which are not in the file I was sent. He also mentioned that only the XP version had four color schemes, which I have...but no Vista substyle. I Have mailed Mike and await his response.

Thanx for the responses. I am sure SD are a prof company (been very happy with previous service levels) and I hope this gets resolved...maybe even a free premium skin for the second purchase (I have two seperate invoices) of Harmony which still isn't working....

Ok, folks, this has been resolved. David has sent me the complete zip and it works fine. Thanks once again to all who responded. Guess I'll forfeit the second payment as a contribution to very fine work of vStyler.
