DX latest beta in Vista - stops working

after loading anything

I have been having a problem with DX in vista (the latest release and the latest beta) where it crashes when any widget or object is loaded. I have cleared all caches/registry keys/etc and reinstalled multiple times but I cant get the darned thing to work!

Any ideas? Thanks!

Update, thanks to GreenReaper it isnt crashing anymore, however scripting isn't working.
