XP Start Menu

Hi. I'm just wondering how can I turn of skinning of start menu. I'm using WindowBlinds 6 and Jadaero Vista Glass skin and I want to turn of skin for Start menu. The skins start menu is making problems with my ViStart start menu. It takes couple of clicks to bring up menu and then it wont close. It takes to click somewhere on background to make it go away

Nephilim983 one thing that you can do is open Windowblinds, choose settings, then go to skinning settings and check the box for...ignore the taskbar & starmenu in the skin and use one set below. Then choose which skin you would like to use.

Nephilim983 are you using the trial or paid version of WB? What OS? Go into WB Config and copy and post your system info here. When you say you are having problems with my ViStart start menu is that another customizeing package or are you saying Vista Start menu. If it's another package that could be the problem, not all software is combatible with each other.

It was a trial version so I'm not using it any more, but I'm going to get a paid version. Windows is XP and ViStart is a start replacement program. But, after all, it wasn't WindowBlinds that made a problem, it's ViStart. The problem remained after I removed WB. So, sorry for confusion and thanks again.

No problem. Before getting the paid version of WB, consider getting Object Desktop, includes WB and alot more to customize your desktop. Check it out here WWW Link
