Just what kind of referral is it? a referral from outside wc or from wc to somewhere else? and what does it mean to me the uploader?

A referral is a link someone clicked from an outside website to reach a given page.  If you have 23 referrals from bobsclamshack.com, it means that site linked you, and that 23 people clicked the link.
